The hotel is near the train station. My room was neat. The staff are nice. Breakfast provided many options and tasted good. I found the process of checking in and out simple.
I found that there was no air conditioning. It. The pillows were quite large. I found it difficult to get comfortable.

the breakfast offered a lot of choices, and the quality was very high. the staff swiftly checked me in, which i appreciated. the room decorations were pleasing. the train station proximity added significant convenience.
i noticed the bathroom door lock was broken, which i hope gets fixed soon.

The hotel provided convenient parking. It made accessing nearby attractions easy. the available washing machine helped manage laundry needs during a longer trip. a day trip to aachen is definitely worth considering.

The receptionist was kind and helpful. I even received a room upgrade. the staff readily stored my bags before check-in. assistance with heavy luggage was very welcome and really made a difference.

The room felt very cozy. It had thoughtful designs. a great shower added to the room's comfort. It felt really nice. the apartment provided ample space. I particularly enjoyed the roomy feel.

i found the breakfast excellent with a good range of food and drink. coffee was topped up twice. the position is excellent, a short walk north of the station. the purple pillow was very comfortable. i was asleep quickly.
the bathroom door lock was broken, inconvenient. the shower temperature controller was also faulty. i could not maintain a stable, low temperature. it was either very hot or cold.

the hotel is near the station, it is less than five minutes by foot. this makes it easy to reach main tourism spots. being located in a quiet side street is an added bonus for avoiding noise. the area felt safe at night.
